We have been providing recreational services to our local community for over 40 years. Since that time we have updated our community bus 4 times. The 4th bus we just purchased in 2020 is at the cutting edge of meeting community needs by having wheelchair and disability access.

We currently hire out a very specially modified 2020 18 seat Toyota Coaster Bus with disabled access and capacity to take 2 wheel chairs with reduced seating for 14.

It is located in the City of Joondalup 17 Winton Rd depot Joondalup. The bus is covered by the RAC for roadside assistance. To book the bus or check its availability please click on the link below. You can only book the bus for half or a full day and only using this website no phone bookings are accepted. If you want to make a booking please click on the "Make a booking for the bus" button below or send an SMS to 0439098688. You can also use the calendar below to check the buses availability. Click on 7:00 for a morning booking or 12:00 for an afternoon booking to do a full day you will need to do both separately.

$60 half day     $100 full day.     0.38 cents per KM (for local residents, non profit organisations and community groups)

$70 half day    $120 full day.      0.40 cents per KM (for Corporate organisations)

You need to provide your own licenced driver with a LR or greater WA heavy haulage licence and your organisation needs to be a member of the Whitford Ratepayers and Recreation Association $20 for a 12 month membership. Your driver must also be over the age of 25 and under 80yrs of age. Failure to provide a completed hire form within 2 days nominating the driver and KM traveled will incur an additional admin charge of $50.

Before the hire we will send you instructions on how to access the bus.

You will need to return the bus in a swept and clean condition with a full fuel tank, record your kilometres traveled add it together with the half daily or full day charge and be able to transfer payment to our bank account after you have returned the bus.

Damage or cleaning charges may apply after inspection by Association members.
